DHP at Anime Expo 2007 This June the producers of No Need for Cosplay will be covering Anime Expo 2007 in Long Beach with the AX backstage production team. Look for DHP camera crews and hosts on the floor and at all the special events! Located in Long Beach, California - Anime Expo®, the nation’s largest anime/manga convention, serves to foster trade, commerce and the interests of the general public and animation/ comics industry. This event serves as a key meeting place for the general public to express their interest and explore various aspects of anime/ manga, as well as for members of the industry to conduct business. What the Heck is Cosplay? "Cosplay" is short for "Costume Play." Fans of Anime, Manga, Video Games, and other forms of fantasy fiction dress up as their favorite characters. These costumes are usually home made and include ornate designs, wigs, and props. You can observe plenty of Cosplay at local Comic Book, Sci-Fi, and Anime conventions. Who's in this thing, anyways?
