SPUF: Filipino Friensdhip Games
After 20 since it's first conception, this event continues to be the largest gathering of Filipino-Americans in the Nation. The Cal State Fullerton Friendship Games are the cultural answer to previously exclusive "Greek Week" activities. Schools from all over the nation including over 60 Colleges and Universities gather in the spirit of SPUF. Or as the participants would say "Spirit, Pride, Unity and Friendship." |

Cosplay (Short for "Costume Play" ala Pokemon) is one of the largest growing subculures in Pop Culture. Cosplay is defined by dressing up for Anime Gatherings as your favorite characters. This includes, but is not limited to Anime characters, Video Game characters, and Manga characters. Inspired by Japanese cosplayers, locals gather in a remote locationi in the Antelope Valley to attend the "Ani-Magic" convention, or as fans call it "Cosplay Camp at Motel 6." |
